BioSync Founding Pilot — Participant Information Sheet

The BioSync Founding Pilot is an approximately 6-week research study run by Beneat Inc. with roughly ten hand-selected participants. You wear a WHOOP and trade intraday on Hyperliquid through Beneat so we can study whether your physiological state — recovery, sleep, and HRV — relates to your trading outcomes. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may stop at any time.

• You are at least 18 years old
• You own a WHOOP with an active membership
• You trade intraday — scalper or day-trader
• You actively trade Hyperliquid
• You are willing to route your pilot trading through Beneat

Seats are limited and selection is at Beneat's sole discretion.

• Wear your WHOOP daily, including during sleep, for the pilot
• Complete the brief (~2-minute) daily readiness check-in
• Route your intraday Hyperliquid trading through Beneat
• Share your WHOOP and trading data for the study

Selected participants receive free lifetime BioSync access, subject to continued availability of the product. This access is personal to you and is not transferable. There is no cost to participate.

When you connect WHOOP through OAuth, we receive only the data covered by the scopes you authorize. This may include:

• Recovery — recovery score, heart-rate variability (HRV, RMSSD), resting heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), skin temperature
• Sleep — stages, duration, performance, disturbances
• Cycles & workouts — strain score, average/max heart rate, energy expenditure
• Body measurements — height, weight, maximum heart rate
• Profile — name, email, wearable user ID
• Trading data — your Hyperliquid trading activity routed through Beneat during the pilot

You choose which scopes to grant, and you can revoke them at any time.

• Readiness signals — surfacing recovery, HRV, and sleep alongside your trading in the interface
• Correlation analysis — studying whether your physiological state relates to your trading outcomes
• Research — aggregated, anonymized analysis of participants as a group; published results never identify you personally

These signals are informational. They do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and they are never used to take or custody your funds. We do not sell your biometric or health data.

• Security — TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, restricted authenticated access
• On disconnection — biometric and health data deleted within 30 days of disconnecting the wearable or the pilot ending
• Maximum retention — never retained beyond 3 years from your last interaction
• Aggregated data — anonymized, non-identifying research data may be retained indefinitely

WHOOP data is handled under the WHOOP API Terms of Use: we do not resell, sublicense, or build permanent databases of WHOOP data. Full detail is in the Biometric & Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

You may, at any time and regardless of where you live:

• Access a copy of your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Withdraw consent and leave the study
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

Withdrawing consent ends your participation and triggers deletion of your biometric and health data as described in the privacy policy. You may have additional rights under laws such as Illinois BIPA, the Washington My Health My Data Act, and the CCPA/CPRA.

The pilot is experimental. Readiness signals are informational only and are not investment, financial, or trading advice. You make your own trading decisions and you bear all trading losses. Beneat is non-custodial — we never hold your funds or private keys. We make no promise that participation will improve your trading performance, and the pilot's scope, features, and timeline may change or end at any time. See the Risk Disclosure.

By applying and ticking the consent boxes — and by signing below if you have been selected — you confirm that you have read and understood this Participant Information Sheet (version 2026-06-16), that you are at least 18 years old, and that you give clear, affirmative, opt-in consent to the Pilot Terms and the Biometric Privacy Policy. We record the document version, the date, and your acknowledgment as evidence of your informed consent. This consent is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
