BioSync Founding Pilot — Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern participation in the WHOOP × Hyperliquid readiness study.
The Pilot
The BioSync Founding Pilot is an approximately six-week research study run by Beneat Inc. with roughly ten hand-selected participants. Participants wear a WHOOP and trade intraday on Hyperliquid through Beneat so we can study whether physiological state — recovery, sleep, and HRV — relates to trading outcomes.
Eligibility
- Own a WHOOP with an active membership
- Trade intraday — scalper or day-trader
- Actively trade Hyperliquid
- Willing to route your pilot trading through Beneat
- At least 18 years old
Seats are limited and selection is at Beneat's sole discretion.
Your Commitments
- Wear your WHOOP daily, including during sleep, for the pilot
- Complete the brief (~2-minute) daily readiness check-in
- Route your intraday Hyperliquid trading through Beneat
- Share your WHOOP and trading data for the study
What You Receive
Selected participants receive free lifetime BioSync access, subject to continued availability of the product. This access is personal to you and is not transferable.
Data & Consent
Your biometric, health, and trading data are governed by our Biometric & Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Participation requires your clear, affirmative consent to that policy.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent ends your participation in the pilot and triggers deletion of your biometric and health data as described in that policy.
Research Use
We may publish aggregated, anonymized findings from the pilot. Published results will not identify you personally. Beneat owns the analyses, methods, and results derived from the study.
No Financial Advice & Trading Risk
The pilot is experimental. Readiness signals are informational only and are not investment, financial, or trading advice. You make your own trading decisions and you bear all trading losses. Beneat is non-custodial — we never hold your funds or private keys.

No Guarantee
We make no promise that BioSync, readiness signals, or pilot participation will improve your trading performance. The pilot's scope, features, and timeline may change, and the pilot may be paused or ended at any time.
Withdrawal & Termination
You may withdraw from the pilot at any time. We may remove a participant at our discretion. On withdrawal or removal, you may request deletion of your data as described in the Biometric & Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Beneat Inc. is a Delaware corporation.
